12/07/11 | "STILL STANDING" PREMIERES TO MAJOR SUCCESS ON SPAIN'S ANTENA3

On Wednesday 6th June, game show format STILL STANDING premiered in primetime on Spanish broadcaster Antena3 to an incredible 15.2% market share, winning the night against top competitors TVE and Telecinco. Last night, Armoza Formats'  STILL STANDING's share ranked 37% above the channel's 11.1% primetime average and attracted 2,383,000 viewers. Locally titled AHORA CAIGO, the show will air weekly in the 22.00 time slot.

Earlier this year, Armoza Formats announced a commission for the format in the United States by broadcaster NBC, which signed the format to an 8-episode straight-to-series deal. Production with host Ben Bailey (Cash Cab) wrapped on the format in June with a premiere date expected to be announced soon.

STILL STANDING challenges contestants with the chance to win $1 million by out-guessing ten opponents in ten fast-paced and dramatic trivia battles. During the head-to-head battle, contestants have 20 seconds to answer trivia questions, or else exit the game – through the trapdoors in the floor of the studio! The format, distributed worldwide by Armoza Formats and NBC Universal, is in the middle of its second successful season on Israel's Channel 10, where it is produced by July-August Productions. Around the world, the format is in development in a dozen major territories.
