Spain’s RTVE bags That’s My Jam, La Resistencia from rival Movistar Plus+

Spanish public broadcaster RTVE has ordered a local version of US format That’s My Jam, which was previously licensed and adapted by Telefónica’s rival streamer Movistar Plus+.

That’s My Jam began as a segment of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, in which celebrities participate in musical competitions. It airs on NBC in the US and is produced by Universal Television Alternative Studios (UTAS) and Electric Hot Dog, Fallon’s production company.

The Movistar Plus+ version premiered in October, produced by Lacoproductora (part of Prisa Media), Pólvora Films and UTAS.
